Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may only use the Service with parent or guardian consent.

Reel Craft helps users create short-form videos by processing scripts, user selections, and optional uploaded media to generate voice, captions, composited video, and related assets.

The Service may use automated systems and third-party providers to process text, audio, video, and other inputs. Features may change over time, including additions, removals, limits, or performance characteristics.

Some features require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You must notify us promptly at support@reel-craft.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

You may submit scripts, text, prompts, uploaded video clips, music, watermarks, usernames, and other content ("Inputs"). You retain any rights you already have in your Inputs.

You grant Reel Craft a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, copy, transmit, modify, process, and display your Inputs and generated outputs only as needed to operate, secure, maintain, and improve the Service, including processing by our infrastructure and AI service providers.

You are solely responsible for Inputs you provide and for ensuring you have all rights, permissions, and consents needed to use them with the Service and publish any resulting videos.

Subject to these Terms and applicable law, and as between you and Reel Craft, we assign to you our rights (if any) in the specific output generated for your request ("Output"), excluding:

• our software, models, prompts, templates, and underlying tools;
• other users' content or outputs;
• third-party materials, trademarks, music, likenesses, or other rights that may appear in or relate to an Output.

Outputs may not be unique and may be similar to outputs generated for other users. You are responsible for reviewing Outputs before use and for compliance with the rules of any platform where you post them.

You may not use the Service to:

• violate any law, regulation, or third-party rights;
• upload or process content you do not have rights to use (including copyrighted music, video, or trademarks without permission);
• create or distribute unlawful, fraudulent, harassing, defamatory, or abusive content;
• impersonate another person or misrepresent sponsorship, affiliation, or endorsement;
• reverse engineer, scrape, probe, or interfere with the Service or bypass rate limits, access controls, or usage restrictions;
• use the Service to build a competing service or dataset without our written permission;
• upload malware, malicious code, or content intended to damage systems or compromise security.

We may investigate suspected misuse and remove content, limit access, or suspend accounts when reasonably necessary to protect the Service, users, or third parties.

The Service, including site design, branding, code, software, interfaces, and documentation, is owned by Reel Craft or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not grant you ownership of the Service or permission to use Reel Craft trademarks, logos, or branding except as necessary to use the Service in its intended form.

Reel Craft is not affiliated with any third-party games or brands. You are responsible for ensuring your use of game-related content, names, audio, or visual elements complies with applicable rights and platform policies.

Some features may require credits, paid usage, or subscription access. If pricing is offered, the applicable terms, limits, and prices will be shown at purchase.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable. Promotional credits, trial credits, or bonus credits may expire and have no cash value.

We may change pricing or usage limits prospectively. Continued use after the effective date of a pricing change constitutes acceptance of the updated pricing.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, including features, file limits, supported formats, or access to third-party integrations.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation. The Service may be unavailable due to maintenance, outages, capacity limits, or third-party failures.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk for the Service or others, or if required by law.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. We may delete or disable access to Inputs, Outputs, and account data in accordance with our retention practices and applicable law.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR TITLE.

We do not guarantee that generated Outputs will be accurate, lawful, unique, non-infringing, platform-compliant, or suitable for your intended use. You must review and validate Outputs before publishing or monetizing them.

Any examples of views, earnings, or creator results are illustrative only and are not promises or guarantees of future performance.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REEL CRAFT AND ITS AFFILIATES, OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $100.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Reel Craft and its affiliates, owners, employees, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

• your Inputs, Outputs, or published content;
• your use of the Service;
• your violation of these Terms; or
• your violation of any law or third-party rights.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated version and revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after the updated Terms become effective means you accept the changes.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver.

These Terms are the entire agreement between you and Reel Craft regarding the Service, except for any separate written agreement we may enter into with you.
